Reward 10 → 50 VELA for the first 90 days, then 50, halving ~2 years, 21 M max
Dev fund 10% of the reward for 4 years (~1.55 M VELA) — fees 100% to the miner
Coinbase maturity 100 blocks • Not designed to be ASIC-resistant (linked to inference hardware)
