WHAT IS NOCKCHAIN?

Nockchain (ticker: NOCK) is a somewhat unique Layer 1 blockchain: it's a ZK-Proof-of-Work, built around the "Nock" virtual machine. In plain English, instead of simply "crunching hashes" like a classic PoW, each block carries a cryptographic proof

The key point: the "official" Nockchain miner is CPU-only.
In other words, by default, the vast majority of people mine NOCK with their processor. We are putting a real GPU solution in your hands — and on this type of PoW, the GPU literally crushes the CPU in hashrate.

What is Oggcoin?
Oggcoin (OGG) runs on its own blockchain Oggchain: a fork of go-ethereum / EtherGem, therefore EVM compatible (0x… addresses, smart contracts). Its particularity: it is mined via GPU in ProgPoW, the algo designed for graphics cards (ASIC resistant). Our NVIDIA rigs are made for this; unfortunately, I couldn't make the miner for AMD, their github only provides the sources for the Windows miner, and it was already very complicated to compile it for NVIDIA... and as for AMD, I don't have the hardware to test..
